Experiencing supporting MS Office applications.

Experience working with Fortinet network devices and services.

Knowledge of other JAMF technologies (Connect and Protect).

Has experience with MDM tools such as Kaseya, JAMF, etc….

Has experience using ticket management systems like Zendesk, Atlassian tools, etc….

Has experience using remote desktop support tools like ConnectWise, Team Viewer, Google Remote Desktop, etc….

Has experience supporting a Google Workspace environment and Google applications, including drive, docs, sheets, etc….

Has strong knowledge of supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.

Onboarding new employees, including account creation and deploying equipment.

Keeping track of IT inventory and ordering equipment.

Collaborating with technical leadership on documentation, policies, and process improvements.Providing remote technical support to our end users, using remote desktop tools, MDM tools, and tracking work in our ticketing system.

The position is currently remote with some visits to the Los Angeles office as needed but will grow into a hybrid role where presence will be needed on site for part of the week.

This is a ground-level opportunity that can develop and grow as the company scales.
